Omi has recently taken up a quest. His quest involves traveling to a far away cubicle to do battle with an evil office supply. I don't have many details at this point...all I know, is that he decided to leave and there was nothing I could do to stop him. Sometimes, the way of the warrior is hard to understand.
.
I begged Omi to stay here, where he was safe. Without a word, he turned and headed towards the edge of the desk. I noticed there was a look of sadness in his eyes...but his resolve was stone.
Staring out over the edge of the void, Omi steadied himself, preparing his body and soul for the battle he must fight. A true warrior must always be prepared for new challenges.
He made it! After making his way down to the floor, Omi began his trek to the unknown world of Cubicles. What lay beyond his safety cube? What dangers exist beyond these walls? We can only guess.
.
The voyage of Omi the Office Ninja has begun.

Well said!!
PS: I can't believe you're coming up here to visit this weekend. SO cool!
:)
Ack!
NoOooOo... be careful, Omi!
[I'm so worried. It's the same feeling I get when I watch epsiodes of Samurai Jack.]
My OSW post is up at the 5th circle!
This is very ishy.
He's going on a quest like Jules in Pulp Fiction who went on a quest like Kane in Kung Fu. He will never return because the answer he seeks lies within. Catch him and tell him this real quick.
I can't wait to see the looks on your coworkers' faces when you take pictures in the halls and on other office supplies.
I'm not sure why, but that made me laugh, thinking about it.
Ah, jeez. I hope my husband's old boss the bleached blonde, in designer clothes and size 12 shoes doesn't work there. Omni could be in for the fight of his life.
That gal is a killer. She stepped on my toe once reaching past me to touch my husbands forearm. Broke my friggin toe. No kidding! I walked with a limp for weeks.
So funny. I love the thought of you taking these pictures. Like when I took Monkey to work -- I didn't want to have to explain him, and only my friend Quilting Girl knew I had him. I didn't want the pre-teens to get ahold of him!
